"I’ve been using Unbroken since 2020 when I was introduced to it with the Icelandic national team. At first, I didn’t think much of it—just added it to my routine along with multivitamins. I’ve tried a lot of hydration tablets before, but while they help with hydration, I’d still feel depleted. With Unbroken, I feel fresher overall. Sleep comes easier, my recovery is smoother, and even my routine feels more consistent.
I even saw a difference during injury. After tearing a ligament in my left ankle last November, I increased my Unbroken intake to 3–4 a day. Not only did the ankle feel like it was healing well, but I also felt less discomfort in my knees and my other ankle. It’s just part of my recovery toolbox now.
