Subscription policy

Duration

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

As long as your subscription is not cancelled, you will be charged to your payment card according to the plan you selected, whether monthly, every two months or every three months. Payment is due in advance. You can terminate your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Receipt

After registration, and for each charge, a receipt will be delivered to your email.

Payment card expiry

If your payment card expires, you will receive an email with a link to update your card information.

Payment card information

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery. This information will be deleted when the subscription expires.

Delivery

Once a subscription is started, it is not refundable.
