Unbroken Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Europe who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Unbroken RTR USA Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry

To enter, participants must register their email address on www.unbrokenrtr.com. Limit one entry per person. Automated entries are not permitted.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 12-tube pack of Unbroken. The winner may choose any combination of available flavors: Orange, Lemon Lime, Apple, or Mango. Approximate retail value depends on selection. Prize is not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified by email. The winner must reply within five (5) business days providing their full name, shipping address, and mobile phone number in order to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Shipping

The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, customs, or issues beyond its control once the prize has been shipped.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or communications.

7. Liability Release

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected will be used only for the administration of this Giveaway and shipment of the prize.

9. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
