Terms and Conditions of the Unbroken Lidl-Trek Signed Jersey Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES OF THE “UNBROKEN LIDL-TREK SIGNED JERSEY GIVEAWAY”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is UNBROKEN RTR B.V., 1e Sweelinckstraat 34, 2517GD 's-Gravenhage, Netherlands (the “Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period

The Unbroken Lidl-Trek Signed Jersey Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins when the Giveaway post is first published on the Sponsor’s Instagram account, @unbrokenrtr, and ends on August 31, 2026 at 23:59 CEST (the “Giveaway Period”).

The Sponsor’s systems shall be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility Requirements

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if higher, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising or promotion agencies and any other parties directly involved in the development, administration or fulfilment of the Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, eligible entrants must, during the Giveaway Period:

1. follow @unbrokenrtr on Instagram;
2. like the official Giveaway post published by @unbrokenrtr; and
3. comment on the post and tag a friend or your favourite training partner. Each comment counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed.

Each eligible comment that complies with these requirements counts as one (1) entry.

Multiple entries are permitted. To receive additional entries, an entrant must submit additional qualifying comments during the Giveaway Period.

Entries must be submitted from a genuine Instagram account controlled by the entrant. Comments generated using bots, scripts, automated systems, fake accounts or other artificial means are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Comments that are incomplete, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, unrelated to the Giveaway or otherwise violate Instagram’s rules or these Official Rules may be excluded at the Sponsor’s discretion.

No purchase is required to participate, and making a purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, deleted, delayed, incomplete, inaccessible or not visible to the Sponsor because of technical errors, Instagram settings, platform restrictions, account restrictions or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

5. Prizes

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) signed Lidl-Trek jersey.

The prizes are:

• Prize 1: one (1) Lidl-Trek jersey signed by riders who participated in the Giro d’Italia Women; and
• Prize 2: one (1) Lidl-Trek jersey signed by riders who participated in the Tour de France Femmes.

There will therefore be two (2) prizes and two (2) winners in total.

The jerseys shown in promotional materials are illustrative of the prizes. Signatures, positioning of signatures, sizing and other characteristics may vary from images used to promote the Giveaway.

The prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.

No substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any taxes, duties, customs charges or other costs arising from acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly stated as being covered by the Sponsor shall be the responsibility of the relevant winner.

6. Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random drawing will take place on or about September 2, 2026.

Each eligible comment counts as one entry, meaning that entrants who submit multiple eligible comments will have multiple entries in the random drawing.

Unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor, an individual may win no more than one (1) prize in this Giveaway. If the same entrant is selected more than once, an additional random drawing may be conducted to select another winner.

The allocation of the two available jerseys between the two selected winners will be determined by the Sponsor at random or by another fair method determined by the Sponsor.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The potential winners will be contacted on or about September 2, 2026 through the Instagram account used to enter the Giveaway, for example by direct message from the official @unbrokenrtr account.

The Sponsor may also publicly announce the winners through its Instagram account after eligibility has been confirmed.

The Sponsor will never require a winner to make a payment, provide credit card information or purchase a product in order to claim a prize.

Potential winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery, including their full name, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth and proof of age or identity where reasonably necessary.

A potential winner must respond to the Sponsor’s notification within five (5) business days from the date the notification is sent.

If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, refuses the prize or fails to provide reasonably requested information, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are lost, delayed, misdirected, filtered, blocked or otherwise not received because of an entrant’s Instagram settings, account status or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

8. Prize Delivery

Each prize will be sent to the relevant confirmed winner after eligibility and delivery details have been verified.

The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery but is not responsible for delays, losses, theft, damage, customs delays or other delivery issues outside its reasonable control.

The Sponsor may refuse to send a prize to a jurisdiction where delivery or the Giveaway itself is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or where delivery is not reasonably practicable. Where appropriate and permitted by law, an alternate winner may then be selected.

9. Publicity

Where permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor may announce a winner’s Instagram username, first name and/or country in connection with the Giveaway.

Any additional use of a winner’s likeness, photograph, image, voice, testimonial or other personal characteristics for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and, where required, the winner’s separate consent.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be processed for purposes including administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, arranging prize delivery, preventing fraud and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Personal information collected solely for administration of the Giveaway will not automatically be used to subscribe entrants to marketing communications.

If the Sponsor separately offers entrants the opportunity to subscribe to marketing communications, any such subscription will be subject to separate consent where required by applicable law.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available through the Sponsor’s website and/or the link provided in connection with the Giveaway.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, uses automated or fraudulent entry methods, violates these Official Rules, impersonates another person or otherwise acts in a manner that undermines the fair or legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and request reasonable evidence that an entrant has satisfied the entry requirements.

If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, tampering, security issues, changes to Instagram functionality, force majeure or any other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated early, the Sponsor may select the winners from eligible entries received before termination where it is fair and legally permissible to do so.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and representatives will not be liable for losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Instagram and Third-Party Disclaimer

This Giveaway is promoted through Instagram.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Entrants understand that they are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.

Lidl-Trek and any riders whose names, images or signatures appear in connection with the prizes are not responsible for the administration, winner selection or fulfilment of the Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Except where mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws provide otherwise, these Official Rules and the Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Nothing in these Official Rules deprives an entrant of any mandatory rights or protections available under the laws of their country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where legally permissible, submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
