1 to 4 tablets daily*. During or immediately after exercise for your ultimate recovery. Each tablet (tablets) to be dissolved in a glass of water or water bottle. Break the tablet in 2 for fastest absorption.



  • General wellness and health: 1 tablet per day.
  • Exercise or physical activity: 1 to 2 tablets during/after exercise.
  • Working on your feet all day: 1 tablet in the morning, 1 in the afternoon.
  • Strenuous activity – competitions, rehabilitation, physical work: Up to 4 tablets per day. For example, 1 in the morning, 1 to 2 during/right after exercise, and 1 before sleep.

**Maximum dose is 4 tablets per day. For higher doses than that you should contact a doctor.
