1. Sponsor

The sponsor and organiser of this giveaway is UNBROKEN RTR B.V., 1e Sweelinckstraat 34, 2517 GD ’s-Gravenhage, Netherlands (the “Sponsor”, “Unbroken”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The Sponsor is responsible for administering the Giveaway, selecting the winner and awarding the Prize.

2. Giveaway

The Unbroken Warsaw / Bikeway Giveaway 2026 (the “Giveaway”) is a free promotional giveaway taking place in connection with the official Warsaw / Bikeway premiere of Unbroken in Warsaw, Poland.

The event will include Unbroken product tasting and the opportunity for event attendees to participate in the Giveaway.

Participation is free. No purchase of any Unbroken product or other product or service is required to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 16 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 CEST on 18 September 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

Only entries successfully submitted during the Giveaway Period will be eligible.

Entries received before the Giveaway begins or after it closes will not be accepted.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical problems beyond its reasonable control.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
attend the Warsaw / Bikeway Unbroken event in person during the Giveaway Period;
comply with these Official Rules; and
are legally permitted to participate in a promotional giveaway of this kind under the laws applicable to them.

There is no Polish residency requirement. Eligible attendees may participate regardless of their country of residence, provided participation and receipt of the Prize are legally permitted in their jurisdiction.

Employees, directors, officers, contractors and agents of the Sponsor, anyone directly involved in organising or administering the Giveaway, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

By entering, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

5. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, an eligible participant must, during the Giveaway Period:

attend the Warsaw / Bikeway Unbroken event in person;
scan the QR code displayed by Unbroken at the event;
access the official Giveaway landing page;
provide the requested information, consisting of their first name, surname and a valid email address; and
submit the Giveaway entry form.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.

Multiple entries submitted by the same individual, including entries made using multiple email addresses, may be disqualified.

Automated entries, entries generated by scripts or bots, and any other attempt to circumvent the entry limit are prohibited.

The Sponsor may take reasonable steps to verify that an entrant attended the event.

Newsletter subscription

Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to Unbroken marketing communications by selecting the dedicated newsletter consent option on the entry form.

Newsletter subscription is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win the Giveaway. Subscribing will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Consent to receive marketing communications may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive an Unbroken Starter Pack, consisting of:

four (4) tubes of Unbroken Real Time Recovery, one of each available flavour; and
one (1) Unbroken water bottle.

The approximate retail value of the Prize is 465 zł.

The Prize is awarded as described and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.

The Sponsor reserves the right, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, to substitute the Prize or an individual item with another prize or item of equivalent or greater value.

Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection

Subject to compliance with any requirements applicable under Polish law, the winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid and eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The draw is expected to take place on or about 21 September 2026.

The draw will be conducted in an impartial and verifiable manner.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid and eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Giveaway.

The potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm their eligibility, including their full name, proof of age or identity, and, where reasonably necessary, confirmation that they attended the event.

The potential winner must respond to the Sponsor within five (5) business days of the winner notification.

If the potential winner:

does not respond within that period;
cannot be contacted;
is found to be ineligible;
has breached these Official Rules;
declines the Prize; or
fails to provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility,

the potential winner will forfeit the Prize and, subject to applicable law, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are filtered into spam or junk folders, blocked, delayed or otherwise not received because of circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

9. Delivery of the Prize

Following successful verification of the winner, the Sponsor will arrange delivery or collection of the Prize directly with the winner.

The Sponsor may request the winner's postal address and telephone number after the draw solely where reasonably necessary to arrange delivery.

The Sponsor will bear the standard cost of delivering the Prize to the winner within Europe.

Any exceptional delivery costs, customs duties, import taxes or other charges resulting from delivery outside the Sponsor's standard delivery area may be subject to separate arrangements with the winner where permitted by applicable law.

If the winner fails to provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery or fails to accept or collect the Prize within the period communicated by the Sponsor, the Prize may be forfeited and, subject to applicable law, an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Taxes

The Sponsor will comply with any tax, reporting, withholding or payment obligations imposed on the organiser of the Giveaway under applicable law.

Where applicable, the winner is responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from receipt of the Prize that are legally their responsibility.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

UNBROKEN RTR B.V. is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway.

Data collected

For entry, the Sponsor collects:

first name;
surname; and
email address.

Additional information, such as proof of age, postal address or telephone number, may be collected from the winner where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or deliver the Prize.

Purpose and lawful basis

Personal data submitted for the Giveaway will be processed for the purposes of:

administering the Giveaway;
validating entries;
conducting the winner selection;
contacting and verifying the winner;
delivering the Prize;
complying with applicable legal, regulatory and tax obligations; and
handling any questions or complaints concerning the Giveaway.

Personal data necessary to administer the Giveaway will be processed for the purposes of administering the entrant's participation and on the basis of the Sponsor's legitimate interests in conducting the promotion fairly and lawfully, as applicable.

Where an entrant separately chooses to receive marketing communications, those communications will be processed on the basis of the entrant's consent.

Marketing

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications.

Marketing consent is separate and optional and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting participation in the Giveaway.

Sharing

Personal data may be shared with service providers acting on behalf of the Sponsor where reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, host the entry form, conduct the winner selection or deliver the Prize.

Personal data will not be sold to third parties.

Retention

Personal data collected solely for administering the Giveaway will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the Giveaway, resolve potential claims or disputes and comply with applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Marketing data relating to entrants who separately consent to marketing will be retained in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy or until consent is withdrawn, as applicable.

Under applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individuals may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of their personal data and to object to certain processing.

Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Poland, the competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).

12. Fair Participation and Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant:

did not attend the event in person;
has submitted more entries than permitted;
has provided false or misleading information;
has used automated or fraudulent means to participate;
has attempted to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process;
has breached these Official Rules; or
has otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly in connection with the Giveaway.

The Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility and the administration of the Giveaway will be made reasonably and in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

13. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

If circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from operating as intended, including serious technical failures, fraud, force majeure, cancellation or rescheduling of the event or other circumstances materially affecting the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, postpone or cancel the Giveaway where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

Any material change will be communicated through the Giveaway landing page, at the event or through another appropriate channel.

The Sponsor will not make changes that unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already validly participated unless required by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by applicable law.

14. Liability

The Sponsor will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures affecting participation or delivery of communications.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Official Rules affects any mandatory statutory rights available to entrants or the winner.

15. Event Organiser and Third-Party Disclaimer

This Giveaway is organised and administered solely by UNBROKEN RTR B.V.

Bikeway, the venue, event organisers and any other parties involved in hosting or supporting the Warsaw event are not responsible for administering the Giveaway, selecting the winner or awarding the Prize unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any third-party names or trademarks referred to in connection with the event are used solely to identify the relevant event, venue or participating organisation and do not imply sponsorship or administration of the Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. Compliance with Polish Law

The Giveaway will be conducted in accordance with applicable Polish law.

Where any permit, notification, approval, tax payment, official rules requirement or other formality is required under Polish law in connection with the proposed method of winner selection, the Sponsor will complete the applicable requirements before conducting the Giveaway.

If necessary to comply with applicable law, the Sponsor may modify the winner-selection mechanism before the Giveaway begins. Any such modification will be reflected in the final Official Rules made available to entrants.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by applicable Polish law in relation to the conduct of the Giveaway in Poland, without depriving entrants of mandatory rights that may apply under the laws of their country of residence.
