OFFICIAL RULES – UNBROKEN SEA OTTER EUROPE GIRONA 2026 GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor and organiser of this giveaway is UNBROKEN RTR B.V., 1e Sweelinckstraat 34, 2517 GD ’s-Gravenhage, Netherlands (the “Sponsor”, “Unbroken”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The Sponsor is responsible for administering the giveaway, selecting the winner and awarding the prize.

2. Giveaway

The Unbroken Sea Otter Europe Girona 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is a free promotional prize draw taking place in connection with Unbroken’s presence at Sea Otter Europe Costa Brava-Girona by Garmin 2026 in Girona, Spain.

Participation is free. No purchase of any Unbroken product, event ticket or other product or service is required to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 18 September 2026 and closes at 23.59 CEST on 20 September 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

Only entries successfully submitted during the Giveaway Period will be eligible.

The Sponsor’s computer system will be the official timekeeping system for online entries.

Entries received before the Giveaway begins or after it closes will not be accepted.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical problems beyond its reasonable control.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
attend Sea Otter Europe Girona during the Giveaway Period;
comply with these Official Rules; and
are legally permitted to participate in a promotional prize draw of this kind under the laws applicable to them.

Employees, directors, officers, contractors and agents of the Sponsor, and anyone directly involved in organising or administering the Giveaway, together with their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

By entering, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

5. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, an eligible participant must, during the Giveaway Period:

scan the QR code displayed by Unbroken at Sea Otter Europe Girona or in META ads;
access the official Giveaway landing page;
provide the requested information, consisting of their first name, surname and a valid email address; and
submit the Giveaway entry form.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.

Multiple entries submitted by the same individual, including entries made using multiple email addresses, may be disqualified.

Automated entries, entries generated by scripts or bots, and any other attempt to circumvent the entry limit are prohibited.

Newsletter subscription

Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to Unbroken marketing communications by selecting the dedicated newsletter consent option on the entry form.

Newsletter subscription is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win the Giveaway. Subscribing will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Consent to receive marketing communications may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive:

One (1) official Tour de France Lidl-Trek cycling jersey signed by Lidl-Trek rider(s).

The approximate value of the Prize is €[CONFIRM VALUE].

The Prize is awarded as described and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.

The Sponsor reserves the right, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, to substitute the Prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value.

Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

The Sponsor makes no representation regarding any future resale or collectors' value of the signed jersey. Any stated prize value refers only to the value assigned to the Prize for the purposes of the Giveaway.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid and eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The draw will take place on or about 22 September 2026.

The draw will be carried out in an impartial and verifiable manner.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Giveaway.

The winner will be notified on or about 22 September 2026.

The potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm their eligibility, including their full name and proof of age or identity.

The potential winner must respond to the Sponsor within five (5) business days of the winner notification.

If the potential winner:

does not respond within that period;
cannot be contacted;
is found to be ineligible;
has breached these Official Rules;
declines the Prize; or
fails to provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility,

the potential winner will forfeit the Prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are filtered into spam or junk folders, blocked, delayed or otherwise not received because of circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

9. Delivery of the Prize

Following successful verification of the winner, the Sponsor will arrange delivery or collection of the Prize directly with the winner.

The Sponsor may request the winner's postal address and telephone number after the draw solely where reasonably necessary to arrange delivery.

The method and timing of delivery will be agreed with the winner.

If the winner fails to provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery or fails to accept or collect the Prize within the period communicated by the Sponsor, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Taxes

The Sponsor will comply with any tax, reporting, withholding or payment obligations imposed on the organiser of the Giveaway under applicable Spanish and Catalan law.

Where applicable, the winner is responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from receipt of the Prize that are legally their responsibility.

The value attributed to the Prize for tax and regulatory purposes will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

UNBROKEN RTR B.V. is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway.

Data collected

For entry, the Sponsor collects:

first name;
surname; and
email address.

Additional information, such as proof of age, postal address or telephone number, may be collected from the winner where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or deliver the Prize.

Purpose and lawful basis

Personal data submitted for the Giveaway will be processed for the purposes of:

administering the Giveaway;
validating entries;
conducting the random draw;
contacting and verifying the winner;
delivering the Prize;
complying with applicable legal, regulatory and tax obligations; and
handling any questions or complaints concerning the Giveaway.

The processing necessary to administer the Giveaway is based on the entrant's participation in the promotion and the Sponsor's legitimate interests in administering the Giveaway fairly and lawfully.

Where an entrant separately chooses to receive marketing communications, those communications will be processed on the basis of the entrant's consent.

Marketing

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications.

Marketing consent is separate, optional and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting participation in the Giveaway.

Sharing

Personal data may be shared with service providers acting on behalf of the Sponsor where reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, host the entry form, operate the random draw or deliver the Prize.

Personal data will not be sold to third parties.

Retention

Personal data collected solely for administering the Giveaway will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the Giveaway, resolve potential claims or disputes and comply with applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Marketing data relating to entrants who separately consent to marketing will be retained in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy or until consent is withdrawn, as applicable.

Under applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individuals may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of their personal data and to object to certain processing.

Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

12. Fair Participation and Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant:

has submitted more entries than permitted;
has provided false or misleading information;
has used automated or fraudulent means to participate;
has attempted to manipulate the entry or selection process;
has breached these Official Rules; or
has otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly in connection with the Giveaway.

The Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility and the administration of the Giveaway will be made reasonably and in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

13. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

If circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from operating as intended, including serious technical failures, fraud, force majeure, cancellation of the relevant event or other circumstances that materially affect the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, postpone or cancel the Giveaway where reasonably necessary.

Any material change will be communicated through the Giveaway landing page or another appropriate channel.

The Sponsor will not make changes that unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already validly participated unless required by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by applicable law.

14. Liability

The Sponsor will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures affecting participation or delivery of communications.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Nothing in these Official Rules affects any mandatory statutory rights available to entrants or the winner.

15. Sea Otter Europe, Trek and Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is organised and administered solely by UNBROKEN RTR B.V.

Sea Otter Europe and its organisers are not responsible for administering the Giveaway, selecting the winner or awarding the Prize, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The use of a Tour de France or Lidl-Trek jersey as the Prize does not mean that Lidl-Trek, Trek Bicycle, the Tour de France organiser or any of their respective affiliates organise, sponsor or administer the Giveaway, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Giveaway may be advertised or promoted through Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and through Meta advertising services. However, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.

Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook and Instagram have no responsibility for the organisation, administration, operation, winner selection, Prize fulfilment or any other aspect of the Giveaway.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their personal information to UNBROKEN RTR B.V., and not to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants release Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook and Instagram from claims arising directly from the administration of this Giveaway.

Any references to Facebook, Instagram or other Meta services are made solely to identify the platforms through which the Giveaway may be advertised or communicated.

16. Applicable Spanish and Catalan Requirements

The Giveaway is organised as a promotional random draw (combinación aleatoria con fines publicitarios o promocionales) taking place in Catalonia.

Participation is free and no additional payment or surcharge is imposed for participating.

The Sponsor will complete any prior communication, administrative payment, tax declaration or other formalities required under applicable Catalan and Spanish legislation before conducting the Giveaway.

The Sponsor will maintain appropriate records of the Giveaway and winner selection where required by applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by applicable Spanish law and, where relevant, the laws and regulations applicable in Catalonia.

Nothing in this clause deprives an entrant of any mandatory rights they may have under applicable consumer or data protection legislation.
